Savouring the good...

exactly describes how I've spent my week after receiving these beauties as a surprise from a friend.

"Savouring" fabric is one of my specialities. ;o) These yummy fabrics are on display in my sewing area just so I can savour them by bestowing admiring glances on them throughout the day. This often leads to mental vacations of creativity. I mean, how can you look at this fabric and not end up being inspired?

  9. Oh! Wow! This is too funny. I have almost this exact same stack slowly growing on my shelf of "future WIPS". I have the white cherry, the blue with white polka dots- got mine at a thrift store but it looks identical to yours- and a red with white polka dots, smaller scale than yours. I also got some really cool aqua with red cherries while doing a swap with Jacquie from Tallgrass Prairie Studio. Our pile is almost identical, though! (Maybe we are fabric-soul-sisters?! LOL!)
