Scrappy Letters

One of the projects that I have been exploring lately, is making letters of the alphabet using scraps.

I started with the letter K and then moved onto the letter G and will admit it's been a delightful way to use up my 1.5" squares of fabric.

My plan is to make first name initials for my immediate family and turn each letter into either a pillow or a mini quilt. We'll see though.  I keep coming up with more ideas of how I could use these blocks for a variety of projects! ;o)

  8. Awesome blocks, and awesome knack for photography "assemblage" (I know there's a better word for that, but my brain just can't come up with it off the top of my head, lol) :D Those blocks are adorable, and will make great pillows :) In fact - pillows personalized like that would make a cool Christmas gift!
